ScreenDaily.com has just announced the official UK release date for Heartless starring Jim Sturgess. UK distributor Lionsgate will simultaneously release Philip Ridley’s psychological thriller on DVD, blu-ray, video on demand (VOD) and download on May 24, three days after its theatrical release on May 21. This is the first time a film has been scheduled for release in the U.K. on the same date in multiple formats. Further news on a U.S. release date is expected soon.
Also making their debut today are the Official Heartless Movie Website and Official Heartless Facebook Page. Both sites include dozens of new Heartless production stills and behind-the-scene images featuring Jim Sturgess. All of these new images can also be seen in the JSO Image Gallery HERE.
