JSOnline and JSO have combined forces to create one MASSIVE birthday surprise for Jim Sturgess!! (scroll down to see the present)

Below is the thank you letter we received from Jim Sturgess on June 18, 2009:

Hey Everyone at JSO and JSONLINE!!!

I have finally returned home after my amazing journey out in the wilderness! It was the most exhausting but exhilirating thing I have ever done. We all nearly froze to death out in the BUlgarian mountains and then all wanted to collapse with heat exhaustion out in the middle of the Sahara Desert. It was the hardest thing I have ever done but I loved every minute of it.

Now that I am home and have settled back down I have finally got some time to write to you all and say how blown away I was by your amazing gift that I got for my Birthday!!! THANK YOU!!!

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to receive it until I got home but it was the best feeling to read all your amazing messages of love and support after returning from such a difficult and emotional experience. It cheered me right up!!!!

I can’t tell you how much receiving a gift like that means to me and your continual hard work that you put in to running the websites just blows my mind. I want to thank each and every one of you for all your amazing energy and support (it really helps keep me going!) and it was so exciting for me to see you come from so many places around the world!!!!!

Thank you all so much. You are all beautiful. I could never have asked for a greater group of people to support me.

ps. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get you a photo of me on set as it is all strictly confidential but I did manage to do something for you guys whilst filming in India while no body was looking!!!!…hope you like it!
